Currently, we accept only cash on delivery.
But we are working on the Debit Card payment setup. We will introduce it soon.

Can I return/exchange purchased products from Voil online store?

Of course, you can.
But must read the exchange & return policy which may be changed for individual products.

Who will pay the courier charges on product return?

According to our Exchange & Return Policy, courier charges will be paid by customer.

I found some discount coupons from another website, can I use it here?

We take no responsibility for other websites.
We send discount coupons through an email to selected customers. If you got from another website we cannot say anything about it. It works or not, it is not our responsibility.
